The Navy has a web photo archive that is chock full of interesting photos that often show interesting, innovative and extremely unsafe ways of getting things done. The Safety Center does have the occasional photo that is unsettling so if you’re squeamish be cautious in your explorations.
This has what to do with New Media, you say? Why, it has BUPKUS to do with it. But we’re all about creativity and innovation here, too, so it’s an opportunity to explore the oblique approach, albeit primarily in a cautionary mode.
