    It would be fascinating if a NASA senior management team embraced a true blog and committed to maintaining a wide-open conversation with employees and/or other interested parties.

    However, I’m afraid we’re far more likely to end up with a blog-in-name-only like the Deputy Administrator’s blog.

    We’re gonna need severe culture change — or a very, very edgy senior manager with time on his/her hands — to get this one off the ground.
